We don’t know, because until now, every one of us, in our company, in our city, has worked to bring small changes in reduced boundaries.
And what would happen if all the human resource managers, instead of looking for the technician they need at that very moment, in that particular place, began to recruit sustainably, comparing with other companies to increase the quality of their assets and their way of doing business, choosing with ethics the technician who can really bring a change even a long distance from us?
How are we supposed to be good at what we do if we don’t confront the rest of the world?
We’re just a drop of water in the ocean.

It is the butterfly effect: a targeted and conscious action, even small, in the light of the sun can bring wide-ranging and long-term changes in contexts that we have never imagined.

Non possiamo saperlo perchè fino ad oggi, ognuno di noi, nella sua azienda, nella sua città, ha lavorato per portare minimi cambiamenti in confini limitati.
Cosa accadrebbe se tutti i professionisti delle risorse umane, invece di cercare un candidato di cui hanno bisogno in un preciso momento, in un preciso luogo, cominciassero a fare recruiting sostenibile, confrontandosi con altre aziende per incrementare la qualità dei luoghi di lavoro e del modo di fare business, scegliendo eticamente i professionisti che possono veramente portare un cambiamento anche se fosse molto lontani da loro?
Come possiamo reputarci bravi se non ci confrontiamo con il resto del mondo?
Siamo solo una piccola goccia nell’oceano, quando insieme potremmo essere l’oceano stesso. E’ l’effetto farfalla: un’azione cosciente e targetizzata, anche se piccola, può portare cambiamenti determinanti in contesti che non avremmo mai immaginato.
