All sponsoring companies are entitled to certain advantages:
For sponsor companies that already have a facility management structure inside, but are not satisfied with the management, FH analyzes the processes and the formation of resources with appropriate assessment, draws up a risk perspective and proposes the improvement or mitigation activities.
For sponsor companies that want to expand their team, FH provides a database of 3000 potential candidates, selects the most suitable profiles and carries on the negotiation until recruitment. In addition, he follows the company and the new recruit for the first few months, until confirmation of the trial period, to verify that the match was satisfactory on both sides.
For sponsor companies that want to lay off their employees in the facility, we help the company in friendly separation and support the professional in entering into a new employment.
For sponsor companies that decide to maintain a service of outsourcing, we select a rose of suppliers more adapted to the specific requirements of the customer.
Feedback from our facility managers and our sponsor companies is catalogued and stored in accordance with privacy regulations. In December of each year, the professional «FM OF THE YEAR» is elected and the partner company « BEST PLACE FOR A FM», with cash prizes, sponsorships, scholarships, discounts and other numerous incentives.
Each sponsor company can publish up to 3 articles a year in our blog, which will also be shared on our official linkedin page. The sponsor company can also publish his logo in our webpage “partnership” ( if desired) or an advertising banner (if desired)
The membership fee for sponsor companies is volountary, with a minimum of € 5000,00, is valid for 12 months and allows free access to all services.
The company may request training courses for its facility sector employees. In this case, the facility specialist becomes a member. The fee for each member is € 36.00 and is valid for 12 months.
